Mornings are my bad moments

Didn’t sleep because can’t sleep. I tried singing, humming, watching DVD, TV, youtube, eating, reading, laying in the bed, and not thinking. Nothing worked. I think I’m insomniac again.

HOW TO USE A COLOR WHEEL?

Complementary Colors: opposite colors on the wheel. The complementary colors are used to offset the main color and are thought to complete each other.

Sound of Silence

Within these four corners I stood still,

The Sound of silence ringing in my ear;

Cols Atmosphere,

Arises my fear.

I can no longer feel any pain,

People think I’m insane;

To which I am really not,

And in these four corners, I sat.

Foul odor spread throughout,

Irritating my nose yet captivating my senses;

Oh how I long to see some ray of light,

That flashes beams and colors in sight.

I want to feel the warmth rising in my body,

To feel the sting of the midday sun;

Such pain that makes me wild,

Yet I sat in these dark corners, blind.

I want to feel the essence of being free,

To touch again, smell, and see

Though I have ths longing for freedom,

I’ll have to wait and suffer in this dark kingdom.

I envy the people I see through these holes,

For they are merry and they hear God’s calls;

But I… I’m here…sitting still,

While streaming down my eyes…are tears.

I’m a nobody…no one knows me,

I’m stuck in this eternal isolation

But for now I have to sit still and wait,

Battle this fatal state and after this,

They’ll open the gate.

life is a blessing. you may be in difficult times, struggling, or helpless….

you may be hurting, or restless….

life is one miracle………

8. I overcame my fear of needles and hospital, because I get confined more often than I get to watch a movie.
